tasty cake
So, Tim and I went the other day to pick out our cake design and to pick the flavour. Well, being us, we couldn’t pick just one. So, he picked dark chocolate cake with white chocolate mousee, and I picked the Simple Elegance cake from the tasting: white cake with vanilla mousse and fresh strawberries.
We didn’t see this photograph before we designed our cake:

It’s pretty close to what we’ll have, except our cake will be yellow with a green ribbon and we won’t have ugly flowers on top. We’ll have pretty ones.
Tim - who gets MAJOR FH points (Future Husband Points - TM) for this - suggested we do Fedora-style ribbons on the cake. I love Fedoras, so that was perfect for me.
We decided to do two different flavours because the one he likes - with the white chocolate - is very bad for me, who is allergic to white chocolate.
Imagine that. Compromise works best when both people get what they want.
